Shipping Policy

At Laura Simmons Haircare, we want your order to arrive promptly and beautifully packaged. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when you can expect to receive your purchase.

1. Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busier periods, dispatch may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

2. Delivery Methods

All orders are shipped via Evri (formerly Hermes). You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We currently offer two delivery options:

  • Standard UK Delivery (Evri): 2–4 working days from dispatch

  • Next Day Delivery (Evri): Delivered the next working day after dispatch (orders must be placed before 12pm)

Please note that delivery times apply from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method.
We may offer free shipping promotions throughout the year — sign up to our newsletter to stay informed.

4. Tracking Your Order

All parcels are fully tracked. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched, so you can follow your order through Evri’s system.

5. Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or lost parcels due to incomplete or inaccurate address details.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If you still need help, contact us at info@laurasimmons.co.uk within 7 days of your estimated delivery date.

6. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us promptly with your order number and any photos (if applicable). We’ll investigate with Evri and ensure it’s resolved.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. If you’re based outside the UK and would like to enquire about our products, please contact us directly.
