We hope you adore your Laura Simmons products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to support you.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Please contact us at info@laurasimmons.co.uk before returning any item. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and full instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@laurasimmons.co.uk with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
