1. On Wet or Damp Hair (Before Heat Styling):

• Dispense 1–3 pumps into your palms (adjust based on your hair’s length, thickness, and condition).
• Gently smooth through mid-lengths and ends using your fingers, a wide-tooth comb, or the Laura Simmons Detangling Brush.
• Style as desired. This step helps detangle and protect the hair from less damage, supports moisture retention, and provides protection against heat and UV damage.

2. On Dry Hair (To Refresh, Tame or Hydrate):

• Apply as needed to help smooth frizz, soften the hair, and support moisture retention throughout the day.
